How do I add my credit card points?

On the Calculator tab, select your preferred airline program (KrisFlyer, Asia Miles, or Avios), then tap on any card to enter your points balance. Your total miles will be calculated automatically.

Are the conversion rates accurate?

We regularly verify conversion rates with official bank sources. However, rates can change without notice. We recommend verifying with your bank before making transfer decisions. Our data was last verified in January 2025.

Do I need to create an account?

No, you can use MilesKaki without an account. Your data will be stored locally on your device. Creating an account (via Google or Apple Sign-In) allows you to sync your data across multiple devices.

How do fee waivers work?

Some banks waive transfer fees for premium cardholders. Tap "Fee Waivers" on the Calculator tab to indicate if you qualify for any fee waivers, and your total fees will be adjusted accordingly.

What does the Discover tab show?

The Discover tab shows award flight destinations and how many miles you need to redeem them. It compares your current balance against redemption rates so you can see which flights you can afford.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@mileskaki.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Which banks are supported?

MilesKaki supports credit cards from Citi, DBS, UOB, HSBC, OCBC, Standard Chartered, American Express, and Maybank that can transfer to KrisFlyer, Asia Miles, or Avios.
