Welcome to MilesKaki. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MilesKaki, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MilesKaki is a mobile application that helps users:

• Calculate credit card point conversions to airline miles
• Track reward point balances across multiple cards
• Discover award flight redemption options
• Sync data across devices (with optional account)

3. User Accounts

You may use MilesKaki without an account (guest mode) or create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access the app without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Accuracy of Information

You acknowledge that:

• Credit card conversion rates may change without notice
• Award chart redemption rates are subject to change by airlines
• Transfer fees and tier waiver policies may be updated by banks
• You should verify all information with the relevant financial institution or airline before making decisions

6. Intellectual Property

The MilesKaki app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by KKS Productions and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

MilesKaki integrates with third-party services:

• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In: Subject to Google's and Apple's respective terms
• Google AdMob: Advertisements are served by Google AdMob

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MilesKaki is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KKS Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or data
• Financial decisions made based on app information
• Service interruptions or errors

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KKS Productions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to MilesKaki at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

You may stop using the app at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the Account section in the app. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
